- On-site piping erection, alignment, and installation of carbon steel (CS), stainless steel (SS), duplex, and alloy piping systems for oil, gas, petrochemical, and water treatment facilities across Saudi Arabia — executed as per approved isometric drawings, P&IDs, and ASME B31.3 standards - Field welding services using GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW processes — performed by certified welders with full weld traceability, weld mapping, and NDT verification including RT, UT, and DPI to ensure 100% weld quality on all site piping works in KSA - Structural steel erection and installation of pipe racks, platforms, walkways, access systems, and equipment supports — including lifting, alignment, bolt torquing, and grouting as per structural drawings and AISC standards for industrial plants in Saudi Arabia - Pipe spool installation and field tie-ins — including pre-fabricated spool erection, field routing adjustments, nozzle connections, and hot-tap tie-ins with minimal shutdown time to existing operating systems across industrial facilities in Riyadh and KSA - Installation of pipe supports, hangers, clamps, guides, and anchors — designed and installed as per ASME B31.3 and project stress analysis requirements to prevent vibration, thermal movement, and structural overload in piping systems - Valve, actuator, and instrumentation installation — including gate valves, ball valves, control valves, relief valves, flow meters, pressure transmitters, and instrument hook-up connections as per process and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) in Saudi Arabia - Underground piping installation services — including trench excavation, pipe bedding, joint assembly, coating inspection, cathodic protection verification, backfilling, and surface reinstatement as per project specifications and Saudi Aramco standards - Flange management and bolt torquing services — using calibrated hydraulic torque tools as per ASME PCC-1 guidelines to achieve leak-free flange joints in high-pressure and critical service pipelines across KSA industrial projects - Insulation and cladding installation for hot and cold service piping systems — using approved materials and aluminum or stainless steel cladding to maintain thermal efficiency and protect against external corrosion in Saudi Arabia industrial environments - Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing of installed piping systems — including test pack preparation, pressure monitoring, hold-time documentation, and QA/QC sign-off as per API and ASME standards before system commissioning - HSE-compliant site execution — deploying certified supervisors, riggers, welders, and quality inspectors with full adherence to OSHA, ISO 45001, and Saudi Aramco safety standards including PTW systems, toolbox talks, and daily safety audits - Complete site QA/QC documentation — including weld logs, material traceability records, inspection and test reports, punch list closeout, as-built drawings, and final mechanical completion dossiers compliant with ISO 9001 and client specifications
